Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Cadencz collects, why we use it, and the choices you have when using our product-aware content planning and publishing service.

Who we are

Cadencz ("Cadencz", "we", "us", or "our") provides tools that help creators and founders store product context, plan content, generate drafts, schedule posts, and publish approved content to connected social platforms. This policy applies to the Cadencz website, application, and related services.

Information we collect

  • Google sign-in data. When you continue with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image through Supabase Auth. We do not receive your Google password. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or other Google services.
  • Account and workspace data. We store profile preferences, timezone, workspace settings, plan information, and account status.
  • Content you provide. This includes Product Brain sources and uploads, product details, prompts, voice examples, content plans, drafts, media references, approvals, schedules, and publishing history.
  • Connected-channel data. When you connect a social account, we may receive its account identifier, handle, profile details, authorization tokens, and publishing or performance data made available by that platform.
  • Usage and technical data. We may collect feature interactions, page views, browser and device details, IP address, request logs, error information, and security events.
  • Billing data. Our payment provider handles payment-card details. We receive subscription, customer, transaction, invoice, and credit information needed to provide paid features.
  • Waitlist and support data. We collect the email address you submit to the waitlist and information you include in support requests.

How we use information

  • Authenticate you, create your account, and keep your workspace secure.
  • Provide Product Brain, voice learning, planning, drafting, scheduling, and publishing features.
  • Process approved posts through the social accounts you connect.
  • Measure product performance, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and improve Cadencz.
  • Manage subscriptions, credits, transactions, and service communications.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising, credit decisions, or training generalized AI models. Google sign-in data is used only to authenticate you, maintain your account, provide requested functionality, and protect the service.

AI processing

When you request an AI feature, the prompt, selected Product Brain context, voice examples, and relevant draft content may be sent to an AI model provider to produce the requested output. Depending on the task and service configuration, providers may include OpenAI, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek. Provider APIs process this information under their applicable business and API terms.

We do not send your Google password because we never receive it. We do not send your Google account data to AI providers to train generalized models. You should avoid placing secrets, regulated data, or information you are not authorized to use in prompts or Product Brain sources.

How we share information

We disclose information only as needed to operate Cadencz, including to:

  • Infrastructure and authentication providers, including Supabase, Vercel, and Cloudflare.
  • AI model providers when you request generation, planning, voice, critique, or rewriting features.
  • Analytics providers, including Mixpanel, to understand product usage and improve conversion and reliability.
  • Payment providers, including Dodo Payments, for checkout, subscription management, invoices, and fraud prevention.
  • Connected social platforms when you authorize Cadencz to publish or retrieve available account and performance information.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or transaction counterparties when required by law or a legitimate business transaction.

Service providers may use information only to provide their services to us or as otherwise permitted by their contracts and applicable law.

Cookies and analytics

Cadencz uses cookies and similar browser storage to maintain authentication sessions, remember interface preferences, protect the service, and understand feature usage. Mixpanel may receive product events and technical context. We do not enable Mixpanel autocapture; we send selected product events that help us understand the user journey. Your browser may let you restrict cookies, but required authentication and preference features may stop working.

Retention and deletion

We keep account information while your account is active and retain content for as long as needed to provide the service. Operational logs, transaction records, security records, and backups may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and service recovery.

You may delete individual content in the product where that option is available. To request account and personal-data deletion, email enquiry@cadencz.com. We will delete or de-identify information unless we must retain it for legal, security, billing, or other legitimate purposes. Deleting Cadencz data does not delete posts already published to third-party platforms; you must manage those on the platform.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections, access controls, scoped authentication, and encryption of connected-account secrets at rest. No online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or loss will never occur.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to, restrict, or delete personal information. You may disconnect social accounts from Cadencz and revoke Google access from your Google Account. Contact us to exercise a privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

International processing

Cadencz and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for cross-border processing.

Children's privacy

Cadencz is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Cadencz changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.

How Cadencz uses Google account data

Cadencz does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or other Google services. Read the full Privacy Policy.
