Terms of Service

The service

Cadencz helps creators and founders organize product context, learn writing preferences, plan content, generate and edit drafts, schedule posts, publish approved content to connected channels, and review available performance information. Features may be introduced gradually and may differ by plan, platform, or environment.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live.
• You must provide accurate information and use an account you are authorized to control.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping connected accounts secure.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account or a connected channel has been compromised.

Cadencz currently uses Google sign-in through Supabase Auth. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Your content

You retain ownership of product information, source files, prompts, voice examples, drafts, media, and other material you submit to Cadencz ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, modify, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to carry out actions you request.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide Your Content and publish it through connected accounts. You remain responsible for Your Content, including its legality, accuracy, disclosures, claims, and compliance with platform rules.

AI-generated content

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, offensive, or similar to content generated for others. Cadencz provides drafts and recommendations, not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You must review every output before relying on, approving, scheduling, or publishing it.

You are responsible for checking facts, rights, attribution, advertising disclosures, and platform requirements. Cadencz does not guarantee that an AI output is unique, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for your intended use.

Connected platforms

Third-party platforms are independent from Cadencz. Connecting an account authorizes Cadencz to use the permissions you grant for requested features, such as reading basic profile information, publishing approved content, or retrieving available metrics. Your use of each platform is governed by its own terms, policies, limits, and decisions.

A platform may change or suspend its API, reject a post, revoke access, limit requests, or remove content. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we will make reasonable efforts to report failures clearly and protect stored credentials.

Scheduling and publishing

You control which drafts are approved and scheduled. Scheduling does not guarantee that a platform will accept or display a post at an exact time. Network outages, expired permissions, platform errors, rate limits, content restrictions, and other events may delay or prevent publication. Review queue status and reconnect channels when requested.

Removing content from Cadencz does not necessarily remove a post already published on a social platform. Published content must be managed through the applicable platform unless Cadencz explicitly provides a supported deletion action.

Acceptable use

You may not use Cadencz to:

• Break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or facilitate fraud.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, exploit, or discriminate against others.
• Publish spam, coordinate inauthentic activity, or evade platform enforcement.
• Upload malware, probe security, disrupt the service, or access accounts without permission.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use automated means to exceed limits or consume resources in a way that harms other users.

Plans, credits, and billing

Some features require a paid subscription or AI credits. Current prices, included features, renewal periods, and credit amounts are shown before purchase. AI credits are service units, have no cash value, and are not transferable unless we state otherwise. We may adjust plans and credit requirements prospectively with reasonable notice.

Dodo Payments may act as the merchant of record and process checkout, taxes, invoices, refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes. Subscriptions renew as disclosed at checkout until cancelled. Refunds are governed by the checkout terms, applicable law, and any refund policy presented at purchase.

Cadencz ownership

Cadencz and its licensors own the service, software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, documentation, and related intellectual property, excluding Your Content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Cadencz in accordance with your plan. No other rights are granted.

If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Availability and changes

Cadencz is evolving and may include beta features. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, limits, or plans. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Cadencz at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, abuse the service, or if continuing to provide the service is no longer commercially reasonable. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export or remove content.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadencz is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage. We do not warrant AI outputs, audience growth, engagement, revenue, platform acceptance, or any particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadencz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Cadencz in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have authority over disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. Material changes may receive additional notice. Continuing to use Cadencz after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
